We helped Doritos® launch its first-ever virtual restaurant by spreading the word on how snack fans in the UK could get their hands and tastebuds on the mouth-watering dishes.
Doritos created a tantalizing menu made up of diner classics dusted with with the unbeatable Doritos taste. From finger-licking, loaded nacho plates to Doritos crumb-coated fried chicken burgers and Texas BBQ wings served with Chilli Heatwave Crunch to crank up the heat, the Doritos Diner offered a tangy twist on traditional dishes which were all available exclusively via Uber Eats.
The launch of the Doritos Diner coincided with the brand’s latest marketing campaign, ‘Make Your Play’, which encouraged consumers to hit play on self-expression after living life on pause, as a result of the pandemic.
We secured editorial coverage across a range of national and lifestyle media titles with a combined reach of 44 million. Titles whose tastebuds were left tingly by the news included METRO, POPSUGAR, Tyla and Bustle.
