  • Just in time for ‘Veganuary’, we spread the word that the UK’s favourite plant-based bacon, La Vie, would become a permanent fixture on Burger King UKs menu. Following the enormous success of the chain’s flagship meat-free restaurants in Bristol and London in 2022, the once exclusive Bakon King range has become available to all bacon-loving Brits nation-wide – making the popular menu EVEN tastier.

    Sparking chatter and raising awareness, we helped reveal La Vie’s biggest partnership to date, alongside a cheeky OOH campaign that showcased the brand’s fun, tongue-in-cheek tone and personality…which even poked fun at a very familiar competitor! By avoiding scare tactics and sad anecdotes, La Vie finds humorous ways to connect with consumers to help them evolve from an animal to plant-based diet with a smile on their face. 

    Generating buzz and excitement about what was to come, we teased the menu changes ahead of the official January launch, targeting trade media outlets. Securing coverage across top-tier titles including The Drum, PR Week and The Beet. The activity was one of the most successful reveals since La Vie’s September UK launch, creating interest and intrigue before the full menu had even dropped, which led to exciting conversation and impactful anticipation in amongst a busy Christmas-filled media landscape.
