  • ellesse x Tomorrowland Winter

    We teamed up with ellesse – the Italian sports brand – to launch the first of a three-year partnership with music festival, Tomorrowland Winter and bring the brand’s #BeBold ethos to life on the slopes. 

    We were tasked with creating a bold, unforgettable experience for over 100 guests, made up of influencers, media, athletes, distributors and partners from across the globe, as well as raising awareness and introducing the first skiwear range since the 70’s by ellesse. To do this, we:

    Built Hype – Pre-event we conducted a trade sell-in announcing the partnership to key media along, and briefed influencers to post across socials.

    Filmed Bold Content – We produced, managed and created high quality content with influencers and athletes to be shared on ellesse’s own channels every day throughout the festival. This resulted in nearly 2 million views on owned Instagram channels. 

    Hosted Global Media and Influencers – We invited and hosted 18 influencers and media from across the globe during the festival. This resulted in a true social media takeover with all influencers creating their own #BeBold content. 

    European Market Management – We managed four different markets across Europe and over 100 different attendees. From building and managing their itinerary pre-event, to being the main point of contact during the festival, we ensured the event experience was consistent and on-brand.

    The event was a huge success, not only resulting in record-breaking figures, but multiple journalists and influencers got in touch during and after the festival to see how they could get involved next year and  get their hands on the ski gear.
