2018 was a big year for Pepsi. A huge summer of football lay ahead and we wanted to join the conversation.
As the global PR agency, our role involved a range of support from defining the holistic campaign PR strategy and asset development, to campaign spike activation and on-the-ground media management during the UCL Champions League Final.
The global campaign launched in March 2018 with the release of the new TV ad featuring five world-class athletes including Lionel Messi and Dele Alli. Pangolin took the lead in breaking the news globally with influential media titles across the UK and US. We also worked hand in hand with our friends at COPA90 – leaders in youth football culture and content – to create and package up digital content for markets to activate throughout the 2018 ‘LoveItLiveIt’ campaign.
